Using the reconfirmation capability of our Waitlist Application the centre manager can select the waitlist entries they want to confirm, from just one entry to all of them. Once selected the application will send an email and SMS to each parent selected based on the mobile and email number they provided, requesting they reconfirm their waitlist registration.
Following receipt of the email and SMS the parent is directed to an online reconfirmation page and has the opportunity to reconfirm their waitlist entry based on the current details, update their details and/or the child’s details and alter the requested care requirements (see screen shot).
