Today we have released our document management solution tailored for Childcare Centres. We think this will revolutionise the way centre staff manage their policies and procedures making it easier for staff.
This will assist you with :
- Initial document development, including automating the process to review and release the document;
- Efficiently communicating the released policy or procedure to all centre staff;
- Being able to quickly locate the latest version of the procedure or policy when necessary using standard Search tools; and
- Being able to facilitate updating the procedure at the required time, including automatic reminders that the procedure needs to be reviewed.
The strucure is based on the National Quality Framework (NQF) so centre staff know exactly where to find the latest version of the document they need to access. This structure also facilitates the assessment and rating process based on the National Quality Standard (NQS).
Our document management childcare solution is built on Microsoft’s cloud based technologies and as such brings core functionality without the need to invest in on premise infrastructure. The solution is available for a once off investment of $1,250 and $26 per user per month for Microsoft Office 365.
